  • We are committed to compliance with applicable national, state, and local labor laws in the countries where we invest

Parivaar, India

Parivaar is a non-denominational, humanitarian organisation based in West Bengal, India. Parivaar, believes that changing the destinies of its children will change the destiny of India. For over 10 years, Parivaar has worked toward the total care and overall development of children who are highly vulnerable to exploitation, victimization and trafficking, including orphans, street children, abandoned children and impoverished children from tribal areas. The Fidelity Investment Group assists Parivaar in providing residential accomodation, education, and physical activity in a loving and caring atmosphere for boys and girls.

With over 930 children, Parivaar is one of the largest free residential homes for kids from destitute backgrounds in Eastern India. It is seen as a model institution in the field of care and overall development of vulnerable children, winning the 2011 National Child Welfare Award: the highest recognition by the Indian Government.

CanKids, India

CanKids is a support group for children with cancer and their families in India. In India, there are an estimated 50,000 new cases of childhood cancer per year in the 0-15 age group alone. The majority of these children die due to economic and awareness obstacles when in fact, if identified early enough and treated correctly at a proper cancer centre, survival rates should approach western levels of 75-95%. CanKids was established in 2004 by Founder Chairman PoonamBagai, herself a 2000 cancer survivor.

CanKids is a national society dedicated to ‘Change for Childhood Cancer in India’ and is registered as an Indian charitable society.

AkshayPatra, India

The Akshaya Patra Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation head quartered in Bangalore, India. The organisation fights hunger and malnutrition in the country. By implementing the mid-day meal scheme in the Government schools and Government aided schools, AkshayaPatra aims to fight not only hunger but also encourage children to attend school. The Fidelity Investment Group assists the organisation’s efforts to increase its reach to more children with wholesome food on every single school day.

Ayala, Kazakhstan

Alaya is a charitable organisation based in Kazakhstan which is focused on children’s welfare. It receives funding from major corporations to sustain its projects. The Fidelity Investment Group participates in funding boarding school pupils who come from low-income families. It also works in close association with children attending special (correctional) boarding schools. To date, Ayala has raised over US$5 million and seeks the support of the public to invest in the future of underprivileged children in Kazakhstan.

DwarakamaiSeva

The Dwarakamai Seva Trust is a registered non-profit service organisation started by a group of young people inspired by Jagadguru Shree Sai Baba of Shirdi. The Trust runs an old age home at Shirdi to serve poor neglected senior citizens.

The old age home caters for 30 senior citizens, with many more applying. The Trust currently restricts the number to 30, but there are plans to expand.
